I did Upper and Lower this morning after waking up at 5:45 unable to go back to sleep. I did have to modify the aerobc portion (knee raises instead of jumping jacks, etc., as I was wearing my nursing bra and not a sports bra and there was some painful jiggling. You DON'T want to know what cup size I wear!).
I knew I was in trouble after I struggled for 5 minutes to free the DVD from its protective wrapper and was already exhausted. Actually, the workout wasn't too bad. The hardest for me was actually the shoulder exercises, and then those things where you lay on your belly and criss-cross your legs.
I used arm weights and drank a bunch of water. I usually don't eat breakfast until about 9:30, but I was starving half-way through the routine. All my JC breakfasts were at work, so I had one piece of whole wheat double fiber toast w/1T peanut butter and 1T peach butter from Huber Orchards. Yum! I'll eat my JC breakfast when I get to work.
Yesterday I drove all the way to Zionsville for V's 4-month appt. only to be told it was actually today. So we will do it again in about an hour.
Last night we went out to dinner to say farewell to friends who are moving to Germany. Restaurant does not seem to post nutritional values for the entree, and I'm getting conflicting reports from various sites that claim to have the breakdowns, anywhere from 500-1300 (too many in any case!)
